Returns Policy

We understand that your satisfaction is important. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchased goods or if your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we offer a straightforward return process for a full refund, provided the items are in a condition suitable for resale. For return, please submit a return request through our website within 15 days of the delivery date. Kindly include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the buyer. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a recorded delivery method as we cannot assume responsibility for any items that may go missing during the return process.

Acceptable Reasons for Return:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: Physical damage or malfunction preventing normal usage.
  • Incomplete Delivery: Missing items or accessories from the delivered package.
  • Incorrect Product: Receipt of the wrong product, size, color, or an item that is counterfeit or expired.
  • Product Discrepancy: If the received product does not match the description or image advertised.
  • Fit Issues: If the product received does not fit appropriately (excluding fashion products, which can be tried on without wearing).

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be free from defects and unused. For fashion items, trying on for fit is acceptable.
  • Ensure the product is accompanied by original tags, invoice, and accessories.
  • Return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. Avoid placing tape or stickers directly on this packaging/box.
  • Essential: Mention the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to expedite the return process.
  • Collect the Return Acknowledgment paper from the Pickup Agent as a reference during the return.

Important Notes:

  • If your returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to decline refund requests.
  • Rejected return items will be sent back to you within 6-8 days. Items remaining unclaimed after three (3) delivery attempts will be scrapped, and no refund will be issued.
  • Once your refund is confirmed, please expect the payment to appear in your account within 14 working days.
